FINI Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced in our “acetaia” since 1912. The slow process which brings the best and selected grapes (mostly Trebbiano and Lambrusco varieties) to cooked grape must and - with a long and patience aging process in precious wooden barrels of different kind of wood (juniper, chestnut, oak…) - to this extraordinary condiment, is the result of many years of passion and dedication by FINI.
Available in the 2 selected qualities, burgundy cap with a minimum aging of 12 years and gold cap with a minimum aging of 25 years, FINI Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a PDO (Protected Denomination of Origin) product.
Suitable for:
exclusive recepies, parmesan cheese, meat, ice-cream, fruit, as digestive liqueur.
